How to Return an Order – Amaq Swimwear

1. How to Initiate a Return

  • 1. Navigate to account.amaq.com and login
  • 2. Go to orders
  • 3.Choose the order
  • 4.Click return request button
  • 5.Choose the item you want to return, choose a return reason
  • 6.If you want to exchange with another item please mention that in the notes.
  • 7. Upon requesting the return, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your return has been approved. This email will also provide details on how to ship the items back to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within the specified return period from the date of receipt.
  • All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition.
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact, where applicable.
  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Return Costs

  • There are no additional fees for processing a return.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Using a tracked shipping service is highly recommended.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
